  The Sweet Satisfying Companionship

Part 3

Psalms 25:14 (AMP)

The secret [of the sweet, satisfying companionship] of the Lord have they who fear (revere and worship) Him, and He will show them His covenant and reveal to them its [deep, inner] meaning.

This secret place, this sweet satisfying companionship that is "Of The Lord", is exactly that…. it comes from, it starts with and ends "IN" Him. It is all about HIM. They are "His" Secrets and it is "His" Companionship and He shares it with a select few. All that we have shared (in parts one and two) are given to, "They Who". The Father will share Himself with only, "They Who"...Fear Him. I am sure most of us at one time or another have studied the word fear...the "Fear" of The Lord. We know the Hebrew word for fear in this verse is Strong's #3373. יָרֵא yārḗ, yaw-ray'; (From 3372); fearing; morally reverent. -afraid, fear (-ful). While I was thinking about this I believe The Lord spoke to me how The Fear of The Lord looks through His Eyes. When Moses was told to take his shoes off because the ground he was standing on was Holy Ground, it was Holy because God's very presence was there. Moses took his shoes off because of The Fear of The Lord. He recognized The Holy Presence of The Almighty was right in front of him, actually at that moment The Presence of The Lord was in front of him, behind him, on the side of him, underneath him...I think you get the point. For Moses, it was at given moments that he experienced The Presence of The Lord that demanded The Fear of The Lord. Jesus promised that He, not an angel, but His Glorious presence would also be "with" us, in front, behind, next to and underneath us, in us. When we recognize Him in every situation, every problem, every moment of every day, we then begin to take our shoes off.  Because it is at that moment we begin to walk in "The Fear of The Lord". Why?  Because He is there, right there in front of you to share His Sweet, Satisfying Companionship. As the Hebrew definition says the fear of The Lord is to become "Morally Reverent" or to Revere Him. The word revere is to honor and admire profoundly and respectfully. At that moment we also become Spiritually Conscious of the Sweet Satisfying Companionship of The Lord, THEN we begin to worship Him and see Him as He is.
